וָאוֹמַר֮ לַמֶּלֶךְ֒ אִם־עַל־הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ ט֔וֹב אִגְּרוֹת֙ יִתְּנוּ־לִ֔י עַֽל־פַּחֲו֖וֹת עֵ֣בֶר הַנָּהָ֑ר אֲשֶׁר֙ יַעֲבִיר֔וּנִי עַ֥ד אֲשֶׁר־אָב֖וֹא אֶל־יְהוּדָֽה׃
Dann erbat ich mir noch von dem König: Wenn es dem Könige gefällt, gebe man mir Briefe an die Landpfleger jenseits des Stromes, dass sie mir das Geleit geben, bis ich nach Judäa komme;
