הֶן־אֵ֣ל כַּ֭בִּיר וְלֹ֣א יִמְאָ֑ס כַּ֝בִּ֗יר כֹּ֣חַֽ לֵֽב׃

Vois, Dieu est puissant et il ignore le dédain; il est souverain par la force de la raison.

Behold God is great in wisdom and in mercy.

Elihu now lists the Forms concerning the nature of God that are to be found in the human soul:

and will not despise the poor man.
